Sep 2011Comments OffThis is in honor of all the Dads. My daughter Sadie was born on Thursday October 13th, 2005. I had to photograph weddings the next two days and at the second wedding on Saturday it was time for the Father - Daughter dance, So Marybeth walked her dad to the center of the dance floor and "Butterfly Kisses" started to play. I thought to myself " man I hate this song" so I watched them dance, listened to the song as I had done so many times before, but this time was different this time I started to think of my two day old daughter and my eyes filled up with tears, I lost it, I felt something I had never felt before because I was now a Dad too.
